We need support to continue our growth and have two positions immediately available.  We are looking for someone who is detail orientated, energetic, friendly and compassionate.  They are hard working, flexible and conscientious.  They are self motivated, enjoy learning and are interested in joining a forward thinking, cohesive team.

Skills needed are: proficiency in all Microsoft programs (Publisher, Excel, Outlook, Access, etc), Internet programs and applications (including Google). Must have access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license.

We are looking for an administrative assistant to work 20-30 hours per week at a starting salary of $12 per hour.  This position does have room for growth and to become a full time position.


The Administrative Assistant is expected to support various marketing and administrative functions for a successful real estate firm. Our clientele is educated and time-conscious. They are easily able to discern and select the experience and quality approach we present. You will help us to reach and stay in front of ideal customers, forge momentum, and keep the marketing cycle running efficiently. You will need to call upon a generalist's knowledge of sound marketing principles. You will navigate a range of tasks, several of which will spring from existing templates developed by a marketing firm. These will support your outreach efforts. As a team, we will create new materials or generate initiatives.

• Post on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, perhaps others).
• Update website, which is template based.
• Place online advertisements on various sites
• Revise two formats of brochures and postcards on a regular basis.
• Manage output and distribution of marketing materials.
• Execute professional business letters.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and list from start to finish.
• Communicate all lead information concisely for sales.
• Manage a contact management database.
• Process paperwork and transaction coordination.
• Assist the team with needed support to meet our goals and objectives.

Applicant must be able to answer the telephone and sit at a computer for up to eight (8) hours. Applicant must be able to stand for up to four (4) hours, lift up to 20 pounds and carry 20 pounds several hundred feet.

We prefer that the applicant have a clean driving record, reliable transportation and live within a 30 minute commute of Alexandria, Virginia. Applicant must be eligible for licensure by the Virginia Real Estate Board.
